Okay, so I have a checkbox attribute assigned to a page type from the package controller. I also made it checked by default.

Now here's the weirdness...

That all works, the attribute is assigned to the page type just fine, but when I assign that page type to a page the behavior attached to the attribute doesn't automatically trigger. Clearing the cache doesn't do it, nor does reloading. The only way I've managed to get it to trigger is to uncheck then recheck the checkbox.

Anyone have any ideas why this happens, or what I can do to make it work "out of the box"?
