Attributes and content display in composer

Hi all,

I have created a simple product listing functionality (no ecommerce needed, a collection of items with info and images accessed via a page list)

My issue is I would like it to be consistent to make it as easy as possible to administer, I would like it to work in the same way blog items are added (I installed sample data) via composer.

I have checked all my page type settings and defaults, composer settings etc and they mirror the blog page type settings..however when I write a product entry, under the "Attributes & Content" in composer, everything is listed as a link, which then opens a new window to add the content.
I have attached images to show the difference between the blog and products.

There is no WYSIWYG editor shown for the main page content, however there is in the blog.
Also, tags appear in a similar fashion... as does my image gallery thingo. I just wanted to clone the blog admin page, can't see where I am going wrong.. help please?

Thank you Madelyn!
I am not sure if I am missing something, I have jumped through all these hoops (attributes, page type, page defaults, include in composer), the content is available to edit in composer, however it is not inline.
It opens a dialog box for everything. Will re-read that post to check I haven't missed anything, thank you for the link.

Hi katiam, did you solve your composer attributes issue? I have exactly the same problem, see here:http://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/customizing_c5/composer-a...
