Auto-Nav bar doesn't navigate to pages

I've just added two new pages on the top level under Homepage, which I can access and edit via Sitemap. But when I try to access the new pages via the Auto-Nav bar (where both pages are listed), I get a blank screen saying 'No input file specified'. I'm sure there is a basic answer to this, can someone please advise what I'm doing wrong? Thanks so much.
