Auto-nav choose page not working

When I select beneath a particular page in the auto-nav block I doesn't give me the choose page link. I just recently upgraded to 5.5.2 and started using advanced permissions.
Any idea what might be going on?

Had a auto.js file in the root/blocks/auto-nav directory. I moved it to the root/js folder and everything is working fine again.
