Auto-Nav Parent-Child Question

I am having an issue trying to display my sidebar auto-nav the way I'd like. What I want is to have the child pages open only when on a parent page. So, for example:

Parent1
Parent2
- Child1
-- Grandchild1
-- Grandchild2
- Child2
- Child3
Parent3

If I am on the page for Parent2, Child1, Child2, Child3, Grandchild1 or Grandchild2 I should see the menu opened up with those menu items displayed and any children under Parent1 and Parent3 not displaying. I thought I could get there by selecting the following from the Auto-Nav:
Display Pages - Beneath a Particular Page (Products)
Sub Pages to Display - Relevant
Sub-Page Levels - Display all (I've tried the other options too without luck)

The best I can get is for it to display one level below the page I am on, but I would really like for it to display all of the pages under the parent category that I have selected.

The pages that I want this to work for can be found here while in development - it is the menu in the sidebar:http://mntimeworn.webicine.org/products/restaurant-tabletops/...

In case I wasn't clear enough, when on that page in the link above I want to see the following from the menu:

Restaurant Tabletops
- Standard Plank
-- Oak
-- Walnut
-- Pine
-- Douglas Fir
- Rustic Patina
-- Pine
-- Oak
- Butcher Block
-- All Walnut
-- All Oak
-- Exclusive
-- Black Cherry
Wall & Ceiling Coverings
Flooring
Furniture
Building Materials

I appreciate any assistance - I've searched the forums for the last couple of hours and haven't found anything similar.
