Automate form to published list

Is there an add on that takes a form info submitted by a user and instantly publishes the info on the web. More specifically I have a site dedicated to helping people find timeshare rentals.
I need the timeshare owner to be able to fill in a form detailing their property, available date and amount they want. Then that info, when submitted, be instantly published on a page with all other submissions. I'd also like stock picture of resort to be attached.
Will Any concrete 5 add on work for that?

I don't think so but it should really not be too difficult to create one for a coder with some knowledge of Concrete5
I know, it seems straight forward. But I can't find anyone to do it for a few dollars. I know people have to make money. But this seems like there should be an add on or simple solution. I'd pay a few $$$ for an add on or solution that fits my needs.
I think this website could really take off if I get some things ironed out. I have a forum of a couple thousand friends who trade timeshares ready to use it. If someone could help me on this smaller issue I might have larger issues and able to pay more for design in the future.
I see my site as becoming like trip advisor or VRBO. I just need a jump start. And this issue is critical. I have to pay for the web hosting in a few days, so far I've had a few contributors but have lost money and time on the site. If I can't automate it I may just not renew.
If anyone wants to pick up the job knowing I can't pay too much then let me know.
OR I may be able to get someone an off season reservation at a resort in trade for some work on the site. Win/win. I have more timeshare than money or sense. Lol
