Automatic login/user recognition

Hi there -
my users expect my concrete5 site to act like most modern websites, when they go to the site the system recognises them and either automatically logs them in, or logs them in in a limited way until they re-authenticate (google, ebay, facebook etc).

Is there any way to do this in concrete5? i've searched & searched and cant find an add-on either.

If they use the normal login page, a 'remember me' checkbox does this for them (for 2 weeks).

The login block or popup misses this checkbox, but it is easy enough to hack the php and add the form elements from the single page so such a checkbox appears in the block or popup.

Aha, thats why i wasnt seeing it. yeah, thanks, seems obvious now. much appreciate the help.
