Autoplay on video block for non-flv files

Hello,
I am having some trouble disabling autoplay for non flv files.
I implemented a new flv player in the video block but I am unsure on how to stop autoplay for the other video types.
WMV MPG MPEG seem to be using Windows Media Player, AVI seems to be MSshow and MOV QT MP4 are using Quicktime.
How can I disable autoplay for these 3 players.
