avatar size not reflected in flash uploader

I can define new AVATAR_WIDTH and AVATAR_HEIGHT in /config/site.php, all good there.
BUT... the appropriate width/height do not always appear in the Flash avatar webcam/uploader thingy. It *takes* the image correctly, but the white box and overlay don't resize appropriately, so sometimes you see those overlapping in the final image (which is another issue... the image snapshot should be from *just* the image and not include any other Flash elements). And depending on your new avatar sizes the white box and overlay might not align correctly.

Any one else see this issue? Any way to fix? Should I submit a bug?
