When a user uploads an avatar image there is no confirmation that the job is complete. From a usability view this is horrible and I found it confusing from the start.

Is there either
a) A possibility of obtaining the source code for the flash uploader so I can customise this

or

b) Any documentation about writing your own version, I don't want to waste time picking apart the code to recreate this.

or

c) Any other way to do it :D
