beginning with theme - "Where's the beef?"

I am trying to use "Rigid" theme, in the download there are images, copy, etc. but it doesn't show up and I'm so new to this I don't know how to create all the areas. I sort of thought that was what this was all about. Something with training wheels. What step am I missing? See attachment.

Most themes will not start with starter content unless you selected "start with sample content" when installing c5. You will need to take the time to either go through the concrete5 documentation or even the youtube video guides made by many members to get a grasp on your project.

Most themes come with detailed documentation that will help guide you through, and the rigid light theme you are using comes with a complete set of documentation that will help take you from start to finishhttp://rigid.isitvivid.com/rigid-light/theme-help/...

Next to all themes and add ons is a documentation link, click it and see what there is to learn.

If after reading the documentation and getting a basic feel for how things work you are still having issues, than post back and I and others will certainly help you through any issues.
