Black bar on top of the theme

after i have upgrade to 5.6.1.2. I have installed background_gallery add on wich i use to manage backgrounds and for now it worked flawlessly. Now when i load images for beckground and add the background_gallery to any page i get the black bar on top.
i dont know if is it related with the addon?

Does the black bar only happen when you add the block to a page? So if you do not add that block, the black bar is not there?
correct, if i set the beckground white(any colour or background image) and do not add the background_gallery block, the black bar do not appear.
In your main css file on line 104 you have try commenting it out.
padding-bottom: 50px,
??? it does the trick, it solves the black bar on top...but why i had that padding? ...thnx a lot, i didnt noticed it! thnx a lot again
