Please can someone help me.

I had successfully implemented my new concrete5 website on the one.com server and everything was working fine. I have not changed anything, but all I get now when trying to access the site is blank pages. I have contacted the one.com support team and received the following reply:

I don't know what to change to fix this issue, could someone please advise me
