Blinking or Animated Text

Hey Guys I'm having trouble using the default content text editor to develop some animated text. Is there a particular add on I have missed that does this?

Thanks Ill get on this ASAP. I haven't designed a site since Frontpage, 2002 so I'm a little dated!
