block doesnt work in C5

Hi, I have created a block to get xml results using curl you can see it here...

when i add the block to the site the dropdowns dont populate ...

any ideas why this would not work ?

It looks to me like it works, but only on the onChange event. Try onClick, or run the update script with a body onLoad event.
