block not appearing

Morning,

downloaded the 'Rigid-light' theme, looks nice but can't seem to use the addons that came with the theme.

I have tried adding the addons folder (simple logo) to the 'root/packages' folder but nothing happens. No add on install appears in the extend concrete5

Any ideas please

Thanks for the reply, I did read the documentation. In the end I just designed my own theme, turns out the licence is non transferable, not sure if I could have used this for a client.
