Hey everyone!

I'm about to pull my hair out so I'm just wondering if someone can shed some light on this. I'm trying to get it where certain users in groups can edit certain blocks. Well on one page, I'm getting it where they can't ever view the block--Only the admin can--while on the other page, it works just fine. I have attached screenshots of the two pages. The Non-Profit page works PERFECTLY while the Testing doesn't. I'm thinking it has to do with the page type defaults. Anyone see anything? It's driving me Bonkers!!
