Block with HTML content shows markup after upgrade to 5.7.4

I have a site using the elemental theme. I have some blocks that had HTML content that was rendering properly under 5.7.3. After upgrading to 5.7.4, these are now displaying the markup in the body of the block. I can't find a way to change this behavior, what am I missing?
