Block with tabbed content?

Hi,
I've built a simple tabbed interface to show different content on a page.

What I need to do is allow the user to edit the content in each tab and there will be up to four of these tabbed content areas on a page.
Could anyone suggest the best way to approach this - or suggest something pre-existing if there is...
