Blocks nesting in stack on save

Guys, I just created a custom block type with designer content and it worked great! But when I put a bunch of those blocks in a stack and save my changes they all nest in to one block. Any ideas as to why this could be happening?? Thanks, I included a screen shot to show whats going on!
