Blocks not removed when logged out

I experienced a strange behaviour. I added an AutoNAV to a block - and then later removed it again. Then it was gone - but when logging out of dashboard the autonav was still there.

i've turn all caching off in concrete5.

i got rid of it by adding another thing in the block - although it was empty before in the backend.

Any clue?

Often i have some kind of cache troubles.
