block/scrapbook template for easy update?

Hi all,
I'm trying to figure out the best and easiest set-up for a client to update a certain block.
Basically it is a product info with an image and need to updated every month.
===========
<img>image</img>
<h2>title</h2>
<ul>
<li>info</li>
<li>info</li>
<li>info</li>
<li>info</li>
</ul>
<p>description</p>
===========
I have tried to use scrapbook, I can't place more than one of the same element in a same page.
I purchased File/Image Details block (http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/fileimage-details/) thinking this might be able to add custom attributes, but my misunderstanding, I can only display what's in image attributes.
Only thing I can think of is copying contents from existing block to new one and alter the information.
File/Image Details block was quite ideal if I can customize what to put. (e.g. price, year, size, spec and etc.)
What's the best way for a client to update multiple product items on a single page?
Thank you!

For the benefit of other people who see this post in the future, what did you come up with?
And if it doesn't work out, I have two suggestions for you:
1) Purchase the eCommerce addon -- it lets you manage products on the backend and then display a bunch of them using a "Product List" block (which shows all products in a particular category).
2) If that's too complicated (or expensive) for you, and you don't need to actually let people purchase these products on the website itself, I think Designer Content fits this need perfectly:

Best of luck!

Thank you for the tips!
Designer Content looks sooooooooooo good. That is EXACTLY I needed.
I'll be using that block quite a lot in future projects!
You are right about putting my solution for later reference.
I did end up using File/Image Details block. What I totally missed was Attributes tab in File Manager. I was just looking at default properties (Title/Description/Tags) thinking it will not work. Duh!
So, File/Image Details block worked great. It's easy enough that my client can update in the future.
Before I noticed the great 'Attributes' tab, what I was gonna do is to create individual page per product (in this project it didn't need), display all of them in a Page List block and hide individual pages from navigation menu.
I that case, I can make a custom page type so my client can just add a page, replace image and edit text. click, click, click, done.
I was half way done and found the Attributes tab.
Thanks again, those suggestions were super.
