Dear all

I am kinda stuck here.

I manage a quite simple site from our diving club. I used to have a blog section on a members page. (this means users have to login to the site first tobe able to see the content on a hidden web page). After a few years of running it like this we notices that members do not take the time to log-in. Also people are lazy and want to see the blog content from the public new page.
So I edited my site and moved the blog block. (blogga 1.0 a free block from the past which is good and worked perfect when it was running in the hidden page).
I gave the block the same rights as the rest of the page, which means that 'quests' are able to view the content.
I can see it displaying myself when i am logged in, into the website. Even when i logoff I see it (but this can be a caching issue).

I assume it is a simple setting in the rights section, but I am puzzling now for 3 weeks and can't get it found. Dit copy paste and also set up a new block from scratch but still no it is not public.

Is there a volunteer that would like to look over my shoulder please?
