Blog ad on?

Is there a simple blog ad on to concrete 5? I think this would be a great addition! If there isn't I'm a entry level web developer who would love to try to make one with some guidance. I need to get better at php and mysql and I would love for someone to help me learn by maybe working on a project like this. Any takers who like to teach?
