blogga "edit" button borked in 5.5.1

I need to uninstall blogga, but the "edit" button on the "Add Functionality" button isn't functional. Is there a manual way of removing the addon.

Editing files and sql isn't a problem, I just need to get pointed in the right direction.

I too am having this problem...please help. Blogga is keeping me from being able to add blocks on pages as well.
