Bootstrap doesn't conflict with C5 now, right?

I guess I want to start using Bootstrap since everyone seems to want that. I think earlier versions of C5 used to conflict because it was built with Bootstrap, but now I think everything in C5 has been prefixed so that if you start your theme out with Bootstrap you will have no problems... right? :)
I have been using it and haven't run into any problems yet but I am no expert....
Cool! At this point, can you see any real benefit of buying a Bootstrap C5 Theme vs. just creating your own theme using Bootstrap?
I usually charge about $20 per hour so if I can buy a theme for $40 it's probably going to be worth it if I can't achieve the same effect for less than two hours.
So it's a question of effort. For a casual user who doesn't care much about branding and maintaining a strict style, both options are fine if you have some spare time.

The actual answer is that Concrete5 is still greedy and conflicts with Bootstrap like crazy.
Ok, so what framework you would suggest to use for designing own templates?
Foundation 5, Bootstrap 3.3 or some other, interesting proposal?
Is there any framework which is not colliding with C5?
Any suggestions would be approceatied...
