Bootstrap menu not working

Can't seem to get the Accessories submenus to trigger - either on desktop or phone format.

Any ideas please?

I am able to access the submenu under Accessories using Chrome on Windows.

All the child links of Accessories have the href attribute of "/concrete5-8.1.0/index.php".

Doctype missing, no HTML spec in head??

Sub menu shows on hover and click. Links go nowhere.
