Bought Addon, doesn't do what it says it does.

So, I've bought this addon:http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/extended-form/...
I've bought specifically for the rich text/tinymce textarea where users can submit formatted text and I receive it formatted.
However, the text submitted from the form itself comes unformatted at all. No links, no bold or italic tags, no paragraphs or images. Basically it comes as plain text, both in my dashboard and in email.
Am I missing something or the developer simply lied?

The first action for any issue with an addon is to open a support request with the addon developer. Have you addressed this issue with the developer?

Yes, I have opened a support ticket, but the developer hasn't answered.
Also, I've looked through the archives of the support tickets for the addon and this is an old issue that has been addressed by many other users and the developer hasn't fixed it or addressed it.
I have asked for a refund.
