Brand new site Version question

If you were going to build a large (80+ pages) brand new site with Concrete5 including e-commorce and other add-ons, would you:
1. Build it now in version 5.4x and plan to convert to 5.5x later
2. Delay the project and wait for the final stable version of 5.5 to be released
3. Build it now in the current 5.50 release?
