Hello everyone,
Anyone who knows can answer this question...
I am brand new and do not know where to begin...
I have a registered domain name with mac highway and I have not yet begun to even design the website. I know absolutely nothing about designing or editing. Where do I start? Can concrete5 do the designing part? Or do I need something else for that. It looks fairly easy to use but I have no clue what I am supposed to download! HELP! Lol :)

As far as what to download, at the top of your screen just to the left of the Sign Out button there should be a download link. Click and it will take you to the downloads page. You probably want to choose the Latest stable version. Down load link here:http://www.concrete5.org/developers/downloads/...

Another option is to just download or purchase a premade concrete5 theme to use on your website. You can find themes here in the market place athttp://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/themes/... or on ThemeForest athttp://themeforest.net/category/cms-themes/concrete5...
