BUG 5.7.5.13 - No Home Page in Sitemap

Hi,
I upgraded a site from 5.7.5.9 to version 8 just fine. But the same site customization (blocks, themes, attributes) wont install on an new version 8 site. The install fails with errors!
So, I backed up to 5.7.5.13. I installed C5 clean with a new DB. But.then there is nothing in the Sitemap - no Home Page!
I am going back to 5.7.5.9 so I can create a site.

I have another post regarding the version 8 install problem. It has to do with the namespace change for file\type\type. The error is setName() not found I think.
This post is really just about the problem with bare 5.7.5.13 install. With no custom code, the sitemap does not show the Home page.
