Is it possible to create an similar site to concrete5 site? Using available modules in concrete5 marketplace?

And what modules in marketplace is similar, that used in concrete5 community forum?

There are things like the add-on submssion which I don't think you'll be able to create without writing some code on your own but check thishttp://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/discussion/...

there's an awful lot of custom code on concrete5.org, so no you can't just build it out of the marketplace add-ons..

it is all using concrete5 the cms however, so with some development time anything you see here is possible.
