Looking for suggestions for building a central booking site for several b&b's. I would like a recommendation for a booking/reservation system that allows the visitor to search all available rooms for a given date on all b&b's and then reserve and pay for the room. Lastly we would like to charge a fee or commission (which may be handled by the payment processor - ie paypal adaptive payments).

I am new to concrete 5 and have done a dozen or so WP sites, but would like to build this in concrete 5. Would prefer an out of box solution first or would be willing to discuss privately with an experienced developer that would be willing to be compensated per transaction.
