Built Dreamweaver html & CSS elements please help

In Dreamweaver studio 8 I have built a html file and used CSS id-tags no class tags to set the static images. The file is a basic single page which I want to use as a template for rolling out additional pages.

I've seached for instruction to do this but so far all have come-up short.

I may have to ask someone to sort it but I really want to do it myself having got this far.
