C5-8.4+ How to change theme width without code changes?

The default Elemental theme is 992px wide. How can I change the 'main' width to 1200px or to full screen without changing the CSS code? Is it possible with the C5 editor?
For example like this one:

BTW, where in the theme code do I change the theme's body width? It's not the content.less or body.less. I've seen it once somewhere in the bootstrap media or something settings but I can't find it now.
