C5 Alert Functionality (ie, popover message)

Is this functionality included within c5? I could have sworn that about a month ago I was doing something on the c5 corp site and got a little javascripty popup in the bottom right that said something like, "you have received a new message". But I can't reproduce, nor can I find the source files.

Does this exist? Where's the functionality located?

It is something you'd have to create yourself using the $.fn.dialog that pools a tools file.
