C5 or Code Igniter fr complex non cms pages.

I have a couple pages in our site that are not managed by the CMS, they contain some inventory information that requires, sorting, pagination, searching and filtering. would we be better off having these pages handled by another framework such as code igniter?
If so what would be the best way to integrate the 2 products together.
