C5 Theme Installing but not showing in the "Themes" section

I've had a number of run-ins thus far with the custom theme I'm developing for C5. I've wrestled with it enough to get it to work on my local machine, its when I try to copy it to a remote server (linux) or a windows dev server that I start having inconsistencies.

I can't quite put my finger on the problem so I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I can't imagine what the problem might be as I model my "package" off of a theme I got off the marketplace.

Basically I placed the theme in the package/ folder, installed it through C5, but when I go to look for it in the "themes" section its often not showing.

I installed it (mac)and it was there to activate in the pages & themes section. Controller looked ok too. But you do have upper case text in your naming conventions. Wonder if there is an issue with the case on some servers - absolute guess. If it were me I'd rename & use lowercase throughout your handles and folder names and see if that made a difference.

As Olliephillips said it loaded fine for me (mac) appeared as it should in both "awaiting instillation" pages, and the activate themes page. you just need some icons by the looks of things.

Thanks for the responses guys. I'm trying a fresh install and then lowercasing the name. Crossing my fingers ... one sec.
