C5.6.3.1 - Sitemap.xml not writing out pages etc

Hi,
As subject, when I run the sitemap job it is just writing out this in the sitemap.xml file:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<urlset xmlns="http://www.sitemaps.org/schemas/sitemap/0.9"/>
It worked yesterday. All I have done today is create a new job called Flexible Sitemap and installed it, but the code in here is the same as the standard sitemap job and if I run either one it produces the same result.

Checked error_log and there is nothing in there.
OK this is annoying. I've uninstalled my custom job, uninstalled and re-installed the standard sitemap job and ran it and it's still broken! When I run the job it doesn't index any pages.
Not running any cache etc, can't think why this job is now broken?
