Cache not saving concrete5

Hi,

My cache settings aren't being saved when i hit submit?

What should I do?

What version of concrete are you using?
Is your hosting company running a cache system in the background of the server, like Varnish or CacheWall or Lightspeed cache?
Also, try clearing your browser cache..
