Calendar isAllDay()

Hey all. Can anyone tell me how the "isAllDay()" function is used? I am trying to have the time of an event only display if the event is not 'all day'.

if ( !$occurrence->isAllDay() ) { 
  echo 'not all day'; 
}


Thanks in advance for any input.

I believe this open issue affects the isAllDay() method.
