Can Google Analytics track VIA the Expand / Collapse Add-On

Does anyone know if a user clicks to expand a paragraph if this info can be useful in finding out what visitors are most interested in when coming to your site?

I may have 5 expandable paragraphs on one page and if google can track the which of the 5 have been clicked on, then I could spend more time developing information for the ones that are expanded more often.

I'm pretty sure Google Analytics lets you set up arbitrary "events" that you can then track however you want. You'll need to add some code to the expand/collapse addon's javascript to trigger these trackable events though. Here's the google page on event tracking:
