Can I change the Page Type for a group of Sub Pages

I've just recently jumped aboard the good ship C5 (having bailed out of Joomla) and have a question re Page Types. I applied a Page Type - right_column to a group of Sub Pages and then wanted to change to another Page Type - left_column. I wanted to try to do this in a single action - rather than one by one. I haven't been able to find a way of doing this.

Is it possible? I thought I may be able to do it via the Site Map, but couldn't.

You can do this in version 5.5 (beta) - but I don't think it's possible in previous versions. If you're running 5.5 go into page search, you can check multiple files and then edit the design.
