can I move concrete5 directories

Hello,
Newbie here. I installed concrete5 in a sub-folder, not realizing that in order to access my website, I'd have to enter domainame/subfolder.

How can I move to the root directory without losing all my info.

Or is there an easier way to make my website accessible by just domain name?

Thank you

Mike

This is just a matter of moving all of your C5 folders and files to the top level folder.

See:http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/installation/moving_a_site...

It sounds like you can ignore step ten, as you are just moving folders and not the database.

(Don't forget to move your .htaccess file!)
