In my project, my users need to have
- one list of documents links that can be downloaded,
- one list of bookmarks to external websites that can be forwarded in a blank window.

I set the first point using the File manager, and list all documents in a "downloadable documents" set. I set a form with a file input, the file gets added to the correct filset, and that' done.

I would like to use the same UI for the second item. Is it possible to add a file importer in the file manager, to add the possibility to handle links instead of files ?
