Can you embed C5-created content into an existing site?

We have a pressing need to be able to create content (an article, for instance) easily which can then be inserted into an existing web site, because the currently was it's done is too clunky, but we must also retain the existing web site and content.

I see multiple ways of doing it, you can use an iframe from your current website that then point to concrete for instance (although you might want to create single_pages or even tools or a custom theme so that the whole framework headers and footers are not rendered).

Or best, you can just convert your existing content as a theme package for concrete, and install concrete directly.

You could also install a RSS reader on your site and read the article content from Concrete5's RSS feed.
