can you use doubleclick in concrete5?

I am wanting to set up an ad-server. DoubleClick was recommended. I wanted to know is there any reason I can not use it with concrete5?

Probably not. I would imagine that the code they use is pretty easy to use if they want to have a wide customer base. If its just some html code you can put that anywhere with the html block
