Cannot add a page with the word "search' in title or description

I am experiencing a very weird problem.
I am trying to add a page called Search Engine Optimization, however, whenever I try to add it, I get an access denied error for index.php. However, I can add other pages at any level without a problem. But if I try to add a page anywhere that contains the word "search" in the title or description, then it throws the error.
Any ideas?
