cannot go from page to page on marketplace inside concrete5

I have concrete5 installed on my PC. When I go to add functionality in the dashboard and click more add ons I only get one page. I click on next or page 2 and I still get only the first page of add ons. If I type in the add on I'm trying to install, I get a "No results found."
What am I doing wrong and what do I do to get this to work??

Only Beginner and Intermediate addons are shown there, and there is a bug where they repeat, just go to the marketplace here and save them to your project.
Thank you so much. I thought I was going crazy because every time I clicked on next of the next number the same add ons would appear. Your solution worked perfectly.
