Cannot see "Special Mobile" from drop- down menu

Hello all,
When I click on the drop down menu for "Mobile Theme," the "Special Mobile" option does not show up (all other default themes, including my purchased theme, are listed).
I am working with 5.6.0.2. Any ideas?
